About Us
Founder Katelynn Cotton resides in St. Augustine, Florida with her husband, Josh, and their children, Liliana, Titan, and Berkley. Raised in Ponte Vedra Beach, Katelynn was introduced early to the inner workings of private households, beginning her career at just thirteen years old babysitting for families throughout the community. What started as trusted word-of-mouth care quickly evolved into Sunny Sitters, a local babysitting service she founded to thoughtfully match families with dependable caregivers.

In her early twenties, Katelynn stepped into a full-time private nanny role for a ultra-high-net-worth family in Ponte Vedra Beach, where her responsibilities extended well beyond childcare. She supported daily household operations, coordinated schedules, and worked closely with other domestic staff-gaining firsthand experience in the standards, discretion, and precision required within private residences.

Becoming a mother herself brought a deeper perspective. Founder Josh Cotton is based in St. Augustine, Florida, where he lives with his wife and their three children—Liliana, Titan, and Berkley. He brings more than a decade of experience as a Private Client Banker, advising high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals on complex financial and lifestyle decisions.
