​​At Private Estate Staffing Group, we offer a transparent and professional fee structure designed for families, estates, and family offices seeking exceptional domestic staff and estate management professionals. Every placement is handled with discretion, precision, and the highest standards of private service recruitment.

Registration Fee

To initiate a search, clients submit a $997 registration fee. This fee allows our team to begin a tailored recruitment process designed specifically around your household’s needs, lifestyle, and expectations. The registration fee covers the initial consultation, development of the position profile, targeted candidate sourcing, and the screening and vetting process required to identify exceptional candidates. Clients must offer a minimum hourly rate of $30 per hour for all household employee positions. Client acknowledges that compensation must align with current regional market standards, and Firm reserves the right to decline searches that do not meet competitive thresholds.

Placement Fee

Our placement fee is 20% of the employee’s annual gross compensation. This one-time fee covers the full recruitment and placement process, including candidate sourcing, in-depth interviews, reference verification, background screening, and guidance throughout the offer and employment agreement stage. Our goal is to ensure the candidate we present is not only qualified on paper but aligned with your household’s culture and long-term needs.

Replacement Guarantee

Private Estate Staffing Group provides a 90-day replacement guarantee for all long-term placements. If a placed employee leaves or the arrangement does not work within the first 90 days, our team will conduct a new search and present replacement candidates at no additional placement fee.
